Reach out anyway. The listed prices are starting points, not take-it-or-leave-it figures. We'd rather find a way to work with you than turn away a business that's a good fit.
Depending on your situation, we can adjust scope to hit a lower number, break the project into funded phases, or set up a payment plan that works with your cash flow. Just be upfront about where you're at and we'll be honest about what's possible.
For projects under $5,000, we use a 50/50 split: 50% deposit at signing, 50% due on launch day. For projects $5,000 and above, we break it into thirds — 33% at kickoff, 33% at the midpoint milestone, and 33% on launch.
The deposit is non-refundable once work begins. All deliverables remain our property until final payment is received. Late invoices accrue a 1.5%/month fee after 15 days.
After your project launches, we stay on it for 30 days at no additional charge to fix any bugs, broken links, display issues, or integration problems that weren't caught during testing. This is not a retainer — it's specifically for correcting issues with work we delivered.
Feature additions, copy changes, or design updates during that window are scoped separately or handled via a retainer if you want ongoing access to our time.
Yes — we build everything with extensibility in mind. If you launch with Tier I and want to add an admin portal down the line, we can scope that as a follow-on project. We'll credit any retainer hours toward the build.
That said, starting with the tier you actually need saves time and rework. If there's any chance you'll want the admin portal within 6 months, it's usually more cost-effective to build it from the start.

Helpful to have, but not required: existing branding (logo, colors, fonts), sample sites you like, and a rough sense of your timeline. If you don't have any of those, we can help build them into your project.
Yes. We're based in Missouri but work with clients nationally. All communication, file sharing, and collaboration happens remotely through a shared project channel. For clients who want in-person kickoff or review sessions, we can arrange that for projects in the St. Louis area.
We'll review your submission and follow up within one business day via email. If it sounds like a good fit, we'll schedule a short discovery call to ask questions and clarify scope. From there we put together a formal quote with a line-item breakdown and timeline.
Once you approve the quote and sign the agreement, we collect the deposit and kick off the project. No commitment is made until you sign — the inquiry and discovery call are free.
